Vendor training enhances end-customer experience through
improved vendor customer interaction and service.

 

TransSynergy designs customer interaction training materials and conducts training sessions for Energy Efficiency service providers.

 

 

Need:

  • Create final training materials based on use and feedback from vendors, Energy Efficiency service providers
  • Plan training logistics for training sessions for about 500 people
  • Incorporate feedback from vendors to improve training materials for ongoing program

 

Deliverable: 

  • Conduct training sessions in Dallas
  • Evaluate feedback from participants to report summary findings
  • Incorporate feedback and review materials used for future training
  • Development of handouts such as laminated cards for service provider employees
  • Development of training facilitators guide

 

Results:

Improved customer interaction and customer service perception of Energy Efficiency vendors who are independent 3rd party providers but “represent Oncor.”
